Growing up, dance and gymnastics were Christine's outlets for physical expression. But in her late 20s, when she needed support and community, she turned to yoga. The whole yogic philosophy and lifestyle fascinated her, leading her to get certified. Teaching wasn't her initial intention, but during her practicum, her desire to share and teach grew. She loves incorporating all 8 branches of yoga into her classes. Although she thought she'd focus on power vinyasa, she discovered her passion for teaching beginners. Helping them connect breath and movement while building body awareness brings her so much joy. Yoga has become a lifestyle for her, as she practices it everywhere, from the beach to paddleboard yoga on the water. She's also embraced the slower side, fully embodying the practice. Now, she infuses her classes with somatic movement and breath work, creating a stronger union of mind, body, and spirit.
